If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!\nWhat You'll Need:\nDrug and physical screening prior to start\nCertification as an equipment operator or ability to be certified\n1 year work experience in at least one previous job\n6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOperate forklift and use radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.\nMove stock as assigned.\nSign out forklift after completing daily safety checklist.\nReport any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.\nStack product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.\nLoad and unload trucks.\nEssential Physical Demands:\nAbility to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.\nAbility to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.\nAbility to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment.\nAbility to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift - 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 70lbs occasionally.\nAbility to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 130lbs force to push during the assigned shift - 1-50lbs continuously, 51-70lbs occasionally, and 71-130lbs as needed for battery changes.\nAbility to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.\nAbility to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.\nAbility to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.\nExposure to wide range of temperatures\nAbility to successfully complete forklift certification process\n Why You’ll Love Working for ICG:\nPay starting at $19.50/hr\nBenefits start on DAY ONE - Medical/Prescription Drug plans, HSA, Vision, Dental and Health Care FSA\nPTO & sick days accrued annually + additional personal days\nEncouraged continued education with our tuition reimbursement program\nExcellent opportunities for growth & advancement\nCasual dress code\nSchedule:\nSunday - Thursday 7am-3:30pm.
