The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!\nSchedule\n Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm + every other Saturday 7am-7pm\nWhat You'll Need:\nCollege degree or directly related year for year experience\n3 or more years of management experience\n1 or more years of manufacturing experience\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LSI customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control\nCoordinate with other LS Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs\nOversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift\nCompose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed\nInterview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training\nEnsure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times\nHiring Salary Range: $102,061k - $129,414k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
