If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm\nWhat You’ll Need:\nHS Diploma or GED\n3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment\n2 + years of leadership experience\n6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard\nWhat You’ll Do:\nIdentifies, organizes, plans and allocates resources\nAcquires and analyzes relevant information about shift performance indicators\nIdentifies issues/processes that deviate from standards and takes necessary action\nEngages associates assigned to the area\nEscalates problems or issues to the appropriate level that cannot be solved at the level of this position\nMaintains appropriate Payroll records, including daily input in KRONOS\nProvides input into Operations related status reports and uses standardized reports\nMaintains HR related information\nInterviews and selects associates for hire and/or promotion\nEnsures that all administrative duties are completed according to established timelines\nTrains or oversees the training of newly hired associates\nConducts or oversees process update training of all associates as changes are implemented\nAnalyzes staffing needs and delegates work based on volume requirements in assigned departments.\nIssues progressive counseling (up to including termination) to associates for performance below minimum expectations\nHiring Salary Range: $74,353k - $94,011k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
