This team performs both pre-sales and delivery activities associated to those engagements. In this role, you will lead and deliver AWS focused services engagements with 80% Project Delivery and 20% pre-sales (Scoping, Pricing, Building Statements of Work, engagement with AWS).\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client business objectives and operational requirements.\nDevelop and maintain service delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective service execution.\nEvaluate, recommend, and integrate appropriate technologies and solutions to support client and organizational goals.\nServe as the lead architect on consulting engagements, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and oversight solutions.\nAct as the primary client-facing representative, building strong relationships and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.\nLead and provide direction to delivery teams, ensuring alignment between project objectives, resources, and client expectations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and innovative service delivery models.\nAnalyze client environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure service delivery solutions are implemented effectively, meet quality standards, and achieve expected business results.\nProvide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.\nSupport project planning, governance, risk management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.\nTravel to client sites as required for project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and consulting activities. Travel is typically less than 50% but may vary based on project requirements, with periods of limited travel and occasional projects requiring increased onsite presence.\nWhat you bring to the role:\nA College Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.\nMinimum 5-7 years of solutions architect experience.\n3 + years of functional experience delivering AWS cloud services. \n2 + years of experience performing AWS Migration projects, delivery, and pre-sales roles with a consultancy background. \n2 + years of experience designing enterprise AWS architecture. \n2 + years of experience with both IaaS and Cloud native services within AWS. \nActive or previously held Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance is considered an asset.
