This role will work closely with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Finance, and AWS teams to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely closure of AWS funding and claims.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS Funding Portal, MAP processes, opportunity validation, and Payee Central invoicing workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end AWS Fund Request (FR) process, coordinating closely with Business Development and Pre-Sales teams to collect all required documentation and details.\nValidate opportunity stages in ACE Pipeline Manager to ensure eligibility before FR submission, including specific checks for MAP Mobilize cases.\nReview and verify ARR and MRR alignment between the BOQ and opportunity data, raising discrepancies with BD teams and ensuring resolution prior to FR creation.\nCreate and submit accurate FRs in the AWS Funding Portal, ensuring correct selection of FR type and complete data entry with required attachments.\nTrack FRs through business and finance approval stages, monitor status updates, and manage rejections by coordinating corrections and resubmissions.\nOversee claims submission post-approval, ensuring all mandatory documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with AWS requirements.\nCoordinate with the Finance team for invoice generation and upload invoices on Payee Central, entering accurate PO, GST, and service-period details.\nTrack invoice approvals, resolve rejections through Payee Central tickets, and follow up until successful payment closure.\nMaintain FR and invoice trackers and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.\nSkills & Qualifications:\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience with AWS Funding Programs, MAP Mobilize, and AWS operational processes\nHands-on experience with:AWS Funding Portal\nACE Pipeline Manager\nPayee Central\n\nStrong understanding of ARR, MRR, BOQ, SOW, and cloud commercial models\nExceptional
