Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.\nAbout the job:\nWe're looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Ingram Micro UK. As the business continues to evolve, we're looking for someone with Credit Control experience who can confidently manage customer accounts, build strong stakeholder relationships and support cash collection performance.\nYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of sales-driven and account-managed customers, working closely with Sales, Finance and Credit Risk teams to resolve issues, minimise risk and support the financial performance of the business.\nWhilst the ideal candidate will bring strong Credit Control experience, we're also keen to hear from those earlier in their Credit Control career who are looking to develop their skills within a supportive, global business. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow, take ownership and build a long-term career in Credit Control, we'd love to hear from you.\nCore responsibilities:\nManaging the timely collection of customer debt across a portfolio of key accounts\nBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and drive payment performance\nReviewing held orders and making informed decisions to support order release and minimise risk\nInvestigating and resolving escalated customer queries and complaints\nWorking closely with Sales, Finance, Credit Risk and our third-party collections provider to manage complex accounts\nProducing debtor reporting, cash forecasts and other working capital reports as required\nSupporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working\nTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:\nExperience in a Credit Control role is essential.
