Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nThis position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office where you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.\nRole Summary: Ingram Micro Canada is looking for an early-career Professional Services Associate to help grow our Lifecycle Management Services business. You will connect with reseller partners, uncover customer needs and develop opportunities across cybersecurity, networking, hybrid IT, cloud, AI and other professional services. This role offers hands-on exposure to AI at an early stage in its adoption across the technology channel. You will learn how to apply Ingram Micro’s AI tools and Xvantage™ (platform) to identify partner opportunities, tailor outreach and make informed business development decisions.\n Responsibilities:\nReach out to reseller partners and introduce Ingram Micro’s professional services capabilities.\nAsk questions to understand customer challenges and qualify opportunities for assessments, cybersecurity, cloud and AI projects, migrations, networking services and training.\nWork with sales and technical specialists to develop relevant solutions and move qualified opportunities forward.\nUse AI tools, Xvantage™ (platform) and CRM data to identify prospects, personalize outreach and manage follow-up.\nBuild your knowledge of AI solutions and learn how to discuss potential use cases with partners.\nTrack activity and maintain an accurate pipeline of professional services opportunities.\nWhat you bring to the role:\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n0-2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service. Recent graduates are welcome.\nConfidence starting conversations and the discipline to follow through.\nCuriosity about technology and a strong interest in learning and applying AI.\nClear communication, organization and a willingness to learn from feedback.\nYou do not need to be a technical expert on day one.
