operatecyber security solutions with a primary focus on SIEM/SOC and secondary on PAM/Endpoint/EDR products\n\nInstall and configure cyber security stacks from IBM Security, Elastic, Trend Micro, and Delinea\n\nGenerate quality project documentation (requirement, design, implementation, configuration, use cases/playbooks, and operations)\n\nDeliver solution demos and proofs of concept to customers\n\nEngage in consultative discussions to articulate how solutions address business needs\n\nProvide presales and architectural support, including scope of work, effort estimates, and Statements of Work\n\nPerform remote and onsite troubleshooting of security solutions\n\nConduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions to operations teams\n\nDevelop scripts using Windows PowerShell, APIs, and command lines for security solution integration (nice-to-have skill)\n\nAbility to develop code in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.) (nice-to-have skill)\n\nLead client meetings to discover business processes, advise on technologiesand gather requirements\n\nTranslate business processes and use cases into technical requirements, designs, and data mappings\n\nCollaborate with vendor engineering and technical support teams to resolve issues\n\nProvide security solution support under consulting managed support programs (Optimization & Support Services)\n\nOffer guidance on security infrastructure, customization requirements, and system integrations\n\nRequirements:\nDegree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field (preferred)\n\n5+ years of experience in Cyber Security solutions\n\n3+ years of implementation and consulting experience in SIEM/SOC domain\n\n2+ years of implementation and consulting experience in Endpoint/EDR domain\n\nExperience with enterprise-level PAM, EDR and SIEM platforms\n\nStrong knowledge of SIEM/SOC and Endpoint/EDR domains (must-have)\n\nPrior experience with Cyber Security vendor solutions (advantageous)\n\nUnderstanding of project management, technical skills, and strong presentation abilities\n\nSecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP,CISM,CEH, CCSK(preferred)\n\nKnowledge of Cyber Security standards and compliance (ISO 9000, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR)\n\nMicrosoft and Linux platform administration experience\n\nTechnical experience in Microsoft/Linux hardening\n\nAbility to quickly learn new cybersecurity technologies\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging project situations\n\nExperience in delivering projects under tight deadlines\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\n70% project delivery, 30% presales
