This role will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance through accurate financial planning and analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.\nAnalyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to management.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports, financial analysis, and business performance reviews.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.\nMonitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities each business units and company level.\nDevelop financial models and business cases for new projects and investment decisions. Improve financial planning processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
