Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM\nPay: $18.50 per hour\nPosition Summary\nThe Associate II, Equipment Operations, safely and efficiently operates powered industrial equipment and warehouse machinery to support receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This experienced operator moves, loads, unloads, stacks, and stages products while maintaining accurate inventory transactions and meeting productivity, quality, safety, and customer requirements. The role works with moderate supervision and performs both routine and non-routine material handling tasks.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate authorized forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment.\nLoad and unload inbound and outbound trailers accurately and efficiently.\nMove, stack, stage, replenish, and transport products and materials throughout the facility.\nSupport receiving, shipping, inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities.\nComplete pre-shift equipment inspections and required safety checklists; promptly report equipment concerns.\nRecord inventory transactions and material movements accurately using RF scanners, warehouse systems, or other required tools.\nIdentify and report inventory discrepancies, product damage, safety hazards, and process issues.\nFollow OSHA requirements and all company safety, quality, security, and operating procedures.\nProtect product integrity and customer inventory through proper handling and storage practices.\nMaintain a clean, organized work area and meet established housekeeping standards.\nSupport the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.\nMeet productivity, accuracy, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.\n1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, material handling, or powered equipment operation.\nExperience operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or pallet jacks.\nAbility to obtain and maintain required forklift or powered industrial truck certification.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, material handling practices, and inventory movement.\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn inventory or warehouse management systems.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate records.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, work independently with moderate supervision, and collaborate effectively with team members.\nCommitment to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\n2+ years of distribution center, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience.\nCurrent certification on multiple types of powered industrial equipment.\nExperience using RF scanners, barcode systems, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS).\nExperience operating material handling equipment in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.\nExperience identifying inventory discrepancies and supporting cycle counts, replenishment, or inventory control activities.\nExperience assisting with the training or onboarding of new warehouse team members.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nRegularly stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift while performing warehouse duties.\nLift, carry, push, pull, and move products in accordance with job and site requirements.\nOperate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.\nWork in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and activity levels.\nUse required personal protective equipment and follow all site safety requirements.\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $36,600.00 - $54,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
