This role will drive strategic direction, commercial performance, and strong vendor and channel partnerships to achieve sustainable growth. As a key leader, you will build a high-performing team and position Ingram Micro as a market leader in the Pro AV industry.\nRole Expectations\nDeliver sustainable revenue and profit growth while achieving agreed business objectives.\nEstablish Ingram Micro as the preferred distribution partner in the Australian Pro AV market.\nStrengthen strategic relationships with key vendors, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.\nFoster a customer-centric, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.\nDrive operational efficiency, business planning, and execution excellence across all areas of the division.\nLead change, identify new market opportunities, and adapt strategies in response to industry trends.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement the national Pro AV growth strategy.\nManage full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.\nLead and develop sales, product, and technical teams to achieve business targets.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resellers, integrators, and end customers.\nDrive vendor business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and promotional programs.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and technology trends.\nMonitor business performance and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.\nCollaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and leadership teams to deliver business objectives.\nRepresent Ingram Micro at industry events, customer meetings, and vendor engagements.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.\nWhat’s on Offer:\nYour growth is our priority.
