This is a hands-on role where you will work with stakeholders across Legal, Information Security, HR, Operations and other business functions, supporting both day-to-day privacy activities and the continued development of our global data protection program.\nAs a Global Data Protection Counsel you will be:\nProviding legal guidance to internal stakeholders on data protection and privacy requirements, legislation and regulatory developments;\n\nKeeping up to date with developments in data protection and privacy laws, practices and regulatory requirements;\n\nDrafting, reviewing and amending contracts, privacy and data protection terms and conditions, as well as other legal documents related to vendors, employees, customers and service providers;\n\nReviewing Privacy Impact Assessments and advising on data protection requirements for new projects, working closely with project managers, relevant business teams and Information Security;\n\nSupporting the implementation of data protection policies, procedures and related processes;\n\nPreparing and delivering privacy and data protection training for Legal and other employees across the organization;\n\nSupporting the compliance of the company's cross-border data transfer mechanisms;\n\nSupporting data protection activities related to vendor due diligence in collaboration with Information Security and Compliance teams;\n\nConducting assessments related to the company's data protection and privacy program and identifying areas for improvement;\n\nCollaborating with Legal, Information Security, HR, Operations and other departments on cross-functional projects and activities;\n\nManaging multiple priorities and providing practical solutions to data protection challenges in a dynamic, global business environment.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience, including experience in one or more of the following areas: legal practice, information technology, information security, privacy or data protection;\n\nFluent English\n\nA Master’s Degree in Law, obtained in an EU member state, together with full legal capacity to practice law;\n\nExperience drafting, reviewing and amending contracts and other legal documents, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;\n\nGeneral knowledge of data protection and privacy laws and regulations, the IT industry and risk management concepts;\n\nExperience with, or exposure to, global data protection frameworks and compliance requirements, with the ability to quickly develop knowledge in new areas;\n\nA proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to help shape and develop processes in a growing function;\n\nAbility to work independently, learn quickly and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, business units and countries;\n\nA practical, solution-oriented approach and willingness to tackle complex data protection challenges;\n\nUnderstanding of technology platforms and data flows, including cloud services, would be an advantage;\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams;\n\nRelevant privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US or CIPM are considered an advantage;\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different internal and external audiences;\n\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary & Bonus system\n\nAdditional health and life insurance\n\nFood vouchers & Transport Allowance\n\nWell-being Program & Multisport card\n\nReferral and baby bonus\n\nPaid holiday days increasing in time\n\nLanguage courses\n\nFree access to an online learning platform\n\nMany trainings and academies, including opportunity for ACCA certification\n\nGreat career growth and development opportunities\n\nHybrid type of work\n\nModern office space with free coffee and hot beverages\n\nCompany discounts\n\nRecognition awards\n\nJoin our big family -
