You will provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Experience or familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics processes is highly desirable.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Solution Delivery\nLead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and services.\nDrive application stability and reliability by supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.\nDefine and promote engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.\nConduct code reviews and ensure software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.\nPartner with Product, Infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational readiness activities.\nFull-Stack Development\nDesign and develop scalable APIs and microservices using C# and .NET.\nBuild responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.\nDevelop self-service capabilities that enable users to onboard, configure, and manage services independently.\nDesign and maintain secure API integrations and gateway solutions.\nSupport multi-tenant application capabilities and customer onboarding workflows.\nLeverage Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and DevOps pipelines.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.\nContribute to Agile development practices and continuous delivery initiatives.\nApply ITAD and reverse logistics business knowledge to deliver practical and scalable technology solutions.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 5-8 years of software engineering experience with enterprise applications. 8 years' experience highly preferred.\nStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud.\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of application architecture, API development, and cloud-based solutions.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of JIRA/Confluence and Agile development methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred\nExperience building self-service platforms and multi-tenant applications.\nFamiliarity with API management and gateway technologies.\nKnowledge of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, or supply chain platforms.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience working within global or onsite-offshore engineering teams.\nPrior mentoring or technical leadership
