You will be a strong partner to Business and Product leaders, driving execution, collaboration, operational excellence, and engineering performance in a fast-paced environment.\nYour Role\nLead, mentor, and develop distributed engineering teams with direct reports, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nPartner closely with Business, Product, and Technology leaders to translate business priorities into clear engineering objectives and successful outcomes.\nDrive end-to-end delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and commitments with strong ownership and accountability.\nEstablish effective onshore/offshore communication and collaboration, ensuring transparency, alignment, and seamless execution across locations.\nLeverage Jira and Confluence for delivery planning, backlog management, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.\nOwn and continuously improve incident management and production support processes, ensuring timely resolution, effective escalation, root-cause analysis, and prevention of recurring issues.\nPartner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to improve production stability, system reliability, and operational efficiency.\nLead teams delivering high-volume, user-facing web applications that are scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership, clearly articulating status, risks, issues, and business impact.\nLead by example with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of challenging situations.\nThrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering against aggressive timelines.\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, technology, or enterprise IT.\n2+ years of experience managing engineering teams with direct reports, preferably in a distributed/onshore-offshore model.\nProven experience managing incident management, production support, problem management, and service reliability.\nExperience building and supporting high-volume, user-facing applications at enterprise scale.\nPrior experience with major technology platforms such as .NET, Java, Python and/or other similar programming language.\nExperience with cloud-native technologies and architectures on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or other major cloud providers.\nStrong database knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex technical and production issues.\nStrong experience leading geographically distributed teams with excellent onshore/offshore communication and collaboration skills.\nProven ability to partner effectively with Business, Product, and Technology stakeholders.\nStrong expertise with Jira and Confluence.\nExcellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong ownership mindset with a demonstrated \"can-do\" attitude and lead-by-example leadership style.\nAbility to operate effectively in a high-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and
