Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence.\nYou'll lead warehouse associates, oversee inventory and operational workflows, and help ensure customer expectations are met through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.\nIf you're passionate about leading people, improving processes, and creating a high-performing team culture, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, material handling, and the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming assets for refurbishment.\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.\nPlan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.\nMonitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures.\nEnsure materials and technology assets are accurately received, tested, stored, picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.\nMaintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, labor efficiency, operational performance, and refurbishment workflows.\nInvestigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates.\nMonitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.\nPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.\nWhat You Will Bring to This Role\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or supply chain, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.\nExperience leading warehouse teams in high-volume, fast-paced distribution, fulfillment, refurbishment, or reverse logistics environments.\nStrong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow processes, and quality standards.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office applications.\nProven ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands.\nExperience driving process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.\nAbility to make sound decisions, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy Join Ingram Micro?\nAt Ingram Micro, you'll be part of a global technology leader that powers the world's supply chain. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
