Your key responsibilities will include:\nConverting customer / reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.\nMeeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail.\nGenerating Bills of Materials (BoM) and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.\nConducting product demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for customers.\nArranging and delivering technical trainings for partners and customers.\nReviewing and analyzing RFPs/RFQs, preparing technical compliance sheets, and drafting technical proposals.\nWhat You Bring to the Role:\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n3-5 years of pre-sales experience.\nStrong knowledge of: Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies.\nEnthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.\nMust be open to learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications as per business requirements\nPreferred Technical Certifications:\nJuniper: JNCIA-MistAI / JNCIS-MistAI, JNCIA-WLAN / JNCIA-DC / JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-ENTHPE \nAruba: ACMA / ACMP / ACCA or Aruba Certified Edge Associate\nCisco: CCNA / CCNP (Enterprise or Security)\nAdditional advantages: CWNA or Security+\nYour Growth with Us:\nJoining Ingram Micro means becoming part of a global leader in technology solutions.
