As a trusted distributor and value-added partner, we work closely with Dell Technologies and our extensive partner ecosystem to drive innovation, profitability, and business growth.\nYour Role\nAs a Presales - Dell Technologies, you will be the technical reference point for Dell Infrastructure solutions, supporting partners and internal sales teams indesigning, positioning and delivering value-added solutions.\nYour primary focus will be on Server and Networking technologies, while actively promoting cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's broader portfolio. You will collaborate closely with sales, vendor and partner teams to drive business growth through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical presales support for Dell Technologies solutions, with a focus on Server and Networking.\nDesign, size, and position infrastructure solutions based on customer and partner requirements.\nDeliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.\nSupport sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.\nPromote cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's infrastructure portfolio.\nWork closely with Dell Technologies and partners to develop solution-led opportunities.\nSupport the creation of proposals, BOMs, technical documentation, and solution architectures.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Dell technologies, certifications, and market trends.\nAssist partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to solution positioning. \nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a Presales, Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant role within the IT industry.\nStrong technical expertise in Dell Server and Networking solutions.\nDell Technologies certifications are highly preferred.\nGood understanding of datacenter, infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise networking environments.\nAbility to identify cross-sell and attach opportunities across complementary technologies.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and compensation practices, in line with applicable EU and Italian regulations, including Directive (EU) 2023/970 and D.Lgs. 96/2026.\nMinimum salary range: Annual gross salary (RAL) EUR 40,000.\nThe final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria, including:\nRelevant professional experience and skills;\nCertifications and technical expertise;\nScope and responsibilities of the role;\nInternal equity and market benchmarks.\nAdditional compensation components and benefits may include:\nMeal vouchers;\nWelfare and insurance programs linked to the applicable National
