Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nProcurement Associate - Distribution Center\nShift Hours: 7am-3:30pm OR 8am-4:30pm M-F\nHourly Rate: $21.75 plus bonus\nPosition Summary\nResponsible for purchasing products and services to meet company requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels.\nRole Responsibilities\nOrder Management: Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders and track order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.\nSourcing & Bidding: Conduct market research, gather supplier quotes, and assist with RFP events for small-to-medium spend categories that adhere to quality and delivery standards.\nVendor Relations: Maintain supplier records, assist with vendor onboarding, monitor performance metrics, and help resolve shipping or quality discrepancies.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, such as Operations, Finance, and Warehousing, to align purchasing needs with budget limits and project timelines.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n3 years of general experience or 2 years of functional experience.\nApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.\n Established and productive individual contributor who works under moderate supervision.\nWorks on assignments that are semi-routine in nature while recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.\nNormally follows established procedures on routine work and requires instructions only on new assignments.\nAbility to communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.\nProvides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level.\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications\nAssociate degree or 2-year degree preferred.\nExperience with purchasing, procurement, order management, or vendor relations.\nFamiliarity with supplier quotes, sourcing, bidding processes, and purchase orders.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, particularly Operations, Finance, and Warehousing.\n Ability to identify routine problems and make minor adjustments to working methods when needed.\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,800.00 - $62,100.00 per year.\nThe ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
