In this role, you'll work directly with customers to implement cloud solutions, support modernization initiatives, and deliver technical expertise throughout the post-sales lifecycle.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from an AWS consulting firm, managed service provider (MSP), cloud services organization, or AWS-focused systems integrator who enjoys both customer engagement and hands-on technical delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, deploy, and support AWS-based cloud environments for customers and partners\nLead cloud migration and modernization projects\nImplement AWS infrastructure solutions aligned to customer requirements\nBuild and configure cloud environments using AWS best practices\nCollaborate with Solution Architects and AWS Sales Engineers to deliver customer solutions\nSupport customers through onboarding, implementation, deployment, and optimization activities\nTroubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements to cloud environments\nParticipate in customer meetings and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout project delivery\nDocument architectures, configurations, implementation activities, and operational procedures\nWork cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, sales, and delivery teams to ensure customer success\nWhat We're Looking For\n6+ years of experience working with AWS cloud technologies\nHands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting AWS solutions\nExperience delivering cloud projects in customer environments\nStrong knowledge of AWS infrastructure, services, networking, and security concepts\nAbility to engage directly with customers and communicate technical concepts effectively\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical delivery skills\nExperience working independently while managing multiple customer engagements\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS certifications such as:AWS Certified Solutions Architect\nAWS Certified SysOps Administrator\nAWS Certified Developer\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (with advanced AWS experience)\n\nBackground working for an AWS consulting partner, cloud services provider, MSP, systems integrator, or similar services organization preferred\nFamiliarity with cloud governance, security, and operational best practices\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year.\nThe ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
