Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nSenior Product Operations Analyst\nPosition Overview\nIngram Micro is seeking a Senior Product Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind Product Operations. This role is responsible for building the financial, operational, and reporting foundation that enables Product Operations to operate as a portfolio of programs rather than individual projects.\nThe Senior Product Operations Analyst partners with Product Ops leadership, Engineering, Finance and Warehouse Operations teams to develop cost models, profitability reporting, KPI dashboards, and decision-support analytics. Success in this role requires strong business analysis skills, financial acumen, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\nCost Management & Profitability Reporting\nPartner with Product Ops leadership to design, implement, and maintain costing methodologies.\nAnalyze and manage key cost drivers, including labor, materials, freight, and other costs.\nDevelop and maintain work-center burden rates, allocation methodologies, and cost models.\nMonitor labor reporting, throughput metrics, and operational data to ensure costing accuracy and consistency.\nDeliver profitability reporting and analysis that improves visibility into product, process, and program performance.\nProgram Financial Management\nDevelop and maintain program-level financial reporting across Product Ops.\nAnalyze revenue, cost, margin, and ROI performance to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.\nBuild business cases, forecasts, and financial models to support investment and operational decisions.\nContribute to business reviews, prioritization discussions, and implementation planning through analytical and financial insights. \nBusiness Intelligence & KPI Governance\nPartner with Product Operations leadership and program owners to define KPIs and operational performance metrics.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into financial and operational performance.\nEstablish standardized KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance practices.\nEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational and financial reporting.\nRequired Skills\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or related discipline.\nExperience developing and maintaining cost models, standard costing methodologies, and WMS/ERP system management. \nExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.\nExperience building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nProven ability to partner effectively with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting manufacturing, refurbishment, reverse logistics, supply chain, distribution, or technology operations environments.\nExperience developing KPI frameworks and operational performance reporting.\nExperience with SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools.\nExperience implementing automated reporting and self-service business intelligence solutions.\nLean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.\nExperience supporting program management, change management, or cross-functional business initiatives.\n\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
