Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com.\nAbout the role:\nThe Veeam Solutions Architect is the technical lead for the Veeam portfolio across Ingram Micro reseller partners, internal sales teams and end customers. The role provides pre-sales leadership, solution architecture, partner enablement and vendor engagement to accelerate growth of the Veeam business. The position is accountable for developing and positioning modern cyber resilience, backup, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 protection and cloud data protection solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to partners and customers. Success is measured through revenue influence, partner activation, competency achievement, technical enablement outcomesand contribution to strategic business objectives.\nResponsibilities & Supporting Actions\nTechnical Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture\nLead discovery, solution design, architecture reviews, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.\nProvide technical pre-sales support to progress and close Veeam opportunities.\nDesign enterprise backup, recovery and cyber resilience solutions.\nAct as a subject matter expert across Veeam and data protection.\nPartner Enablement & Development\nDevelop partner enablement plans to build technical capability and drive Veeam sales.\nDeliver technical workshops, training and enablement sessions.\nSupport partner certifications, competencies, specialisations and activation.\nBuild strong relationships with partner technical and commercial stakeholders.\nVendor & Go-to-Market Alignment\nWork closely with Veeam and strategic alliance vendors on joint business plans.\nSupport vendor priorities, programmes and go-to-market initiatives.\nTranslate vendor strategy into opportunities for partners and customers.\nDevelop reference architectures and technical collateral to support growth.\nPipeline & Commercial Growth\nPartner with sales teams to identify, qualify and progress Veeam opportunities.\nDrive pipeline creation and revenue growth through technical and consultative engagement.\nIdentify opportunities to expand Veeam adoption across partners and customers.\nContribute to revenue, gross profit and forecast performance.\nTechnical Expertise & Business Outcomes\nMaintain strong expertise across the Veeam Data Platform, backup, disaster recovery and cyber resilience.\nApply knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments where relevant.\nSupport Veeam certification, competency and specialisation objectives.\nContribute to partner activation, vendor business plan objectives and customer satisfaction\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 5 years' experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, infrastructure, cloud, data protection or a related technology role.\nDemonstrated experience designing enterprise backup, recovery and cyber resilience solutions.\nStrong Veeam Data Platform expertise is highly preferred.\nExperience working with technology partners, vendors, resellers or channel organisations.\nStrong experience in consultative selling and technical pre-sales.\nExcellent presentation, workshop facilitation and communication skills.\nStrong commercial awareness and business planning capability.\nAbility to influence technical and commercial stakeholders and drive outcomes.\nKnowledge of Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V and hybrid cloud environments.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe provide a fun, professional, and challenging international business setting.
