Translate solution strategies into compelling messaging, sales plays, launch plans, and enablement assets that help sellers and partners take Microsoft and AI solutions to market globally. \nKey Responsibilities\nShape offer strategy, positioning, and value propositions for Microsoft Cloud, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions. \nCreate sales kits, messaging, launch materials, customer presentations, and enablement content. \nPartner with Practice Leads, Services teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to bring new offers to market. \nManage offer launches across countries and regions, ensuring seller readiness and partner adoption. \nMaintain a centralized library of approved GTM assets and sales resources. \nGather customer, partner, and field feedback to continuously improve messaging and offers. \nMeasure asset adoption, pipeline influence, partner activation, and launch effectiveness. \nRequirements\n8+ years in software, cloud, or technology, including 5+ years in technical go-to-market, solutions, product marketing, sales engineering, or related roles. \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI solutions. \nExperience developing solution messaging, sales plays, enablement content, and launch programs. \nAbility to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions. \nExperience working across sales, marketing, alliances, and regional teams in a matrixed environment. \nStrong written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. \nPreferred\nExperience working with Microsoft, a Microsoft partner, distributor, MSP, GSI, or cloud marketplace organization. \nExperience launching cloud, security, AI, or SaaS solutions globally. \nBackground supporting partner ecosystems and channel go-to-market motions. \nAI Fluency \nActive daily user of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity. \nAbility to demonstrate Microsoft AI solutions and articulate their business value. \nMicrosoft AI-900 certification expected within 90 days if not already held. \nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.\nThe ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
