This individual contributor role is responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives across the Global Digital organization.\nThe Senior Program Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance customer and user experiences. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and drive alignment across globally distributed teams.\nThe successful candidate will oversee medium-to-large technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, interconnected workstreams, and complex dependencies. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver business outcomes, maintain execution excellence, and continuously improve delivery processes within a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nYour Role:\nPlan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional technology and digital programs from initiation through delivery.\nPartner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, program increment planning, and program governance activities as appropriate.\nManage program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.\nTrack and communicate program status, progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.\nDrive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across multiple teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, delivery practices, and team effectiveness.\nSupport release planning and execution activities across interconnected project teams.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication plans.\nEscalate critical issues and risks while proposing actionable mitigation strategies.\nPromote Agile and Lean best practices across delivery teams.\nWhat You Bring to the Role:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.\n5 - 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or related technology delivery roles.\nExperience leading medium-to-large technology programs and cross-functional initiatives.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams without direct authority.\nExperience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and program governance activities.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.\nExperience implementing or supporting enterprise software, digital, eCommerce, or business transformation initiatives.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience developing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and program communications.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAgile certification required; SAFe certification preferred.\nPMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.\nSpecialized Knowledge & Skills:\nExperience supporting eCommerce, distribution, supply chain, or digital platforms preferred.\nWorking knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.\nExperience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of release management, dependency management, and Agile metrics.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based and web application environments.\nKnowledge of backlog management, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and reporting.\nStrong facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.\nAbility to analyze data and present insights to drive informed decision-making.\nExperience working in matrixed and globally distributed environments preferred.\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600.00 - $165,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
