Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nThis position is based in our Irvine, California corporate headquarters with the opportunity to work a few days remotely per week.\nIngram Micro is seeking Sr. Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.\nThe candidate will work closely with global teams, including technical leads, architects', product owners, and other engineering teams to implement scalable solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of assigned features and technical deliverables. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can: Understand Requirements → Develop the Solution → Write Quality Code → Test & Troubleshoot → Collaborate with the Team → Deliver Production-Ready Features.\nThe candidate should demonstrate strong technical depth, ownership, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.\nThe role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in our Irvine, California office and 2 days a week remote.\nYour Role:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.\nDevelop and maintain scalable Microservices and REST APIs.\nBuild responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React.js.\nImplement integrations with internal and external systems using appropriate API and messaging patterns.\nTranslate technical requirements and solution designs into high-quality, production-ready code.\nParticipate in technical design discussions and provide inputs on implementation approaches.\nDevelop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested components following established coding standards and design patterns.\nPerform code reviews, identify potential issues, and contribute to improving code quality.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.\nWrite unit and integration tests and ensure adequate test coverage.\nWork closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams to deliver features on schedule.\nIdentify technical risks and dependencies related to assigned work and proactively communicate them to the Technical Lead.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and processes.\nSupport application deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting when required.\nWhat you bring to the role:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, or relevant science and math disciplines with an IT emphasis is required.\n5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application development.\nStrong hands-on expertise in C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.\nGood experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js.\nGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nStrong understanding of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience with API integration and distributed application development.\nExperience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.\nGood understanding of Git and CI/CD practices.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned technical deliverables.\nPreferred Skills:Experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.\nDocker / Kubernetes.\nKafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging platforms.\nCI/CD and DevOps practices.\nEvent-driven architecture.\nExperience with application monitoring, logging, and observability.\n\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200.00 - $190,700.00 per year.\nThe ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
