If you're excited about talent pipelining, employer branding, market mapping, and using data to shape hiring strategies, we'd love to hear from you.\nAs a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with business leaders across New Zealand and the wider APAC region, managing end-to-end recruitment while driving innovative sourcing and attraction strategies that deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.\nRole Responsibilities\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles.\n\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.\n\nBuild and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.\n\nProactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.\n\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand.\n\nLeverage recruitment data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.\n\nDrive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence and attract top talent.\n\nConduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities to identify key talent pools.\n\nEnsure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.\n\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues across the global business, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects.\n\nRole Requirements\nProven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, either in-house or within an agency environment.\n\nStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across a variety of talent segments.\n\nExperience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.\n\nAbility to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nExcellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.\n\nData-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and insights to guide decisions.\n\nExperience with recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar systems.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.\n\nA passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\nYour growth is our priority.
