Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nPosition Summary\nAs a Warehouse Associate, Configuration, you will assemble, wire, solder, test, and troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssemble electronic and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to product specifications, drawings, and established procedures.\nPerform hand soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, and component installation using appropriate tools and equipment.\nInspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, quality, and conformance to specified tolerances.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly defects, malfunctions, and other technical issues.\nDisassemble, rework, repair, and reassemble products as needed to meet quality and performance requirements.\nFollow established quality control, safety, and manufacturing procedures throughout the assembly process.\nAssist with the assembly and preparation of test kits and related equipment.\nPerform packing, labeling, and other production support activities as required.\nWork independently on moderately complex assignments, using sound judgment to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.\nProvide technical guidance, training, and support to less experienced employees.\nServe as a resource or informal team lead when needed, helping ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and support production goals.\nRecommend improvements to work methods, processes, and procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant electronics, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience; or an associate degree/two-year college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.\nHands-on experience with electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing.\nAbility to read and follow technical documentation, work instructions, drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures.\nExperience identifying and troubleshooting assembly defects, equipment issues, and product malfunctions.\nStrong understanding of quality standards, tolerances, and inspection procedures.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision and determine appropriate methods for completing assignments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues.\nAbility to train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple production and assembly activities as needed.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,800.00 - $62,100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
