This role supports facility planning, vendor coordination, cost estimation, and ensures adherence to company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOversee daily facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environments\nPerform general maintenance and repair duties including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC support, and grounds maintenance\nSupport facilities planning, including review of design costs, materials, and labor requirements\nAssist with internal office moves, workspace setup, furniture installation, and reconfigurations\nDevelop and support facility plans, including performance specifications for equipment and infrastructure\nIdentify and implement operational improvements, including environmentally sustainable practices\nResearch and recommend solutions to reduce natural resource consumption and improve efficiency\nResolve moderately complex issues through analysis and sound judgment\nProvide guidance and informal leadership to junior staff; may act as a mentor or team lead on assignments\nDetermine methods and procedures for new tasks while working independently within established guidelines\nWhat You Bring to the Role\nSeasoned individual contributor with strong understanding of facilities operations and maintenance practices\nWorks independently with limited supervision and handles moderately complex, non-routine problems\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions\nProficient in facilities systems including HVAC, conveyor systems electrical, and general building maintenance\nEffective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external vendors\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nAbility to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies\nMay provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.\nTwo-year college diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
