Do you enjoy coaching teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence?\nIngram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee employee performance, and ensure world-class service, safety, and productivity standards are achieved. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in distribution centers, fulfillment operations, inventory management, reverse logistics, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or warehouse operations.\nAs a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading warehouse associates, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting customer fulfillment objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday; 5:30AM - 3:00PM\nCompensation: Base salary + 10% annual target bonus\nWhat You'll Do\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.\nCreate a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.\nConduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.\nServe as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.\nWarehouse Operations Management\nSupervise day-to-day warehouse activities including:Receiving\nShipping\nInventory Control\nMaterial Handling\nStorage Operations\nOrder Fulfillment\nReverse Logistics\nAsset Refurbishment and Processing\n\nEnsure customer orders and technology assets are accurately received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped according to company standards.\nCoordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.\nInventory & Process Improvement\nDrive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.\nMonitor key performance metrics, including:Productivity\nQuality\nInventory Accuracy\nOrder Fulfillment\nOn-Time Shipping\nOperational Throughput\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service levels.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.\nSafety & Compliance\nPromote and maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and company policies.\nEnsure warehouse equipment, workstations, and facilities remain organized, clean, and safe.\nLead safety initiatives and reinforce compliance standards across all operations.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.\nMinimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.\nExperience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.\nWorking knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nProven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.\nExperience in high-volume distribution centers, fulfillment operations, reverse logistics, IT asset disposition (ITAD), refurbishment, or returns processing environments.\nExperience leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity and operational efficiency.\nKnowledge of lean operations, process optimization, and inventory management best practices.\nWhy Join Ingram Micro?\nAt Ingram Micro, we're a global technology and supply chain leader helping businesses around the world reach their full potential.
