Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!\nWarehouse Team Lead - Distribution Center Operations\nShift Hours: 6am-2:30pm M-F - Hours may change as per business needs\nHourly Rate: $24.00 plus bonus\nAbout the Role\nIngram Micro is seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily distribution center operations, coordinate workflow, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for warehouse associates, assist with training and troubleshooting, monitor production performance, and partner with department supervisors to maintain efficient operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate daily work assignments, resources, and workflow with department supervisors to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.\nMonitor production activity, track performance metrics, prepare daily reports, and support safety audits and operational compliance.\nAssist with onboarding and training associates on department processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\nProvide guidance, reinforce productivity and quality expectations, and promote teamwork and accountability.\nIdentify and help resolve workflow, product, process, and equipment issues; open and track troubleshooting tickets through resolution and job closure.\nRecommend improvements to operational efficiency, quality, and process consistency.\nEnsure associates have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to work safely and efficiently; escalate resource shortages and production-impacting issues.\nMaintain flexibility to support and perform tasks across multiple warehouse departments through cross-training, as business needs require.\nCommunicate priorities and operational updates during team huddles and coordinate with supervisors and team leads to maintain workflow continuity.\nModel safe work practices and support 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.\nEscalate attendance, performance, policy, and employee relations concerns to department leadership.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, assembly, configuration, or similar operational environment.\nExperience training, mentoring, or providing day-to-day guidance to team members.\nStrong understanding of operational procedures, workflow coordination, and quality standards.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and support timely resolution.\nAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with associates, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain established housekeeping standards.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift products throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable safety requirements.\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications\nPrevious experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Production Lead, or similar frontline leadership role.\nExperience supporting associate onboarding, technical training, and performance improvement.\nIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, production reporting, and warehouse or operational systems.\nExperience troubleshooting production processes, equipment issues, or workflow disruptions.\nFamiliarity with 5S, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and workplace safety practices.\nAssociate degree or relevant technical certification.\nWhy Join Ingram Micro?\nJoin a team that helps power the global technology supply chain.
