We embrace diversity and foster an inclusive work environment where individuals feel supported and enabled to contribute their very best every day.\nA place where you can grow personally and professionally\nWe believe everyone has great potential, and we strive to nurture that potential into great personal and professional achievements.\nAn environment that enables innovation and collaboration\nWe are creating the conditions that inspire and enable innovation - in our products and services, as well as in how we do our work day-to-day.\nThe Accounts Payable Associated will be responsible for (Insert description).\nCore Responsibilities:\nProcess records related to account payables of domestic and imported purchases, freights, customs expenses, T&E expenses, etc. according to company procedures.\nVerify during the payment process the existence of authorizations according to internal procedures and the company’s control.\nVerify that all the invoices comply with tax requirements.\nTimely process for supplier’s payments in accordance with the internal calendar.\nVendor payment processing utilizing various methods; disbursements, checks and factoring.\nAnswers all vendor or internal customers inquiries accurately and on time.\nParticipate in accounting closing or special projects as required by the AP Leader.\nSupport AP Leader with audit requests.\nDevelop a sense of trust and teamwork results; create associations with collaterals, similar positions, clients and internal suppliers.\nQualified candidates will have:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.\nWritten and verbal English communication skills.\nPortuguese written and verbal communication skills (desirable).\n1 year of experience in general accounting or accounts payable.\nAdequate and sufficient knowledge in general accounting.\nExperience in managing transaction with banks and suppliers\nProven proficiency in the use of Office and ERP (SAP desirable).\nDemonstrate experience to analyze and solve problems. \nStrong organizational and follow up skills.\nSAP, ESKER, and CONCUR experience a plus.\nAbility to manage time, details and deadlines adequately.\nAbility to multi-task and willingness to learn new skills. \nAbility to deal effectively in a rapidly changing organization.\nRelocation Available?
