This role focuses on executing standard compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy, handling routine requests, and supporting Supervisor and team members in delivering high quality compensation services to the organization.\nCore Responsibilities:\nProcess standard compensation transactions such as job changes, salary updates, and basic adjustments in alignment with established guidelines (from grade local to grade F)\nExecute different allowances and one.time payments by location (e.g., BYOD for US, Canada, and Mexico).\nMaintain and update compensation databases, templates, and tracking files.\nSupport the preparation and distribution of compensation documentation and reports.\nAnalyze job evaluations, administer equity reviews, job reclassifications, compensation adjustments, off-cycle salary increases, and market pricing.\nResearch, analyze, and resolve benefit issues or inquiries.\nAdminister benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and new enrollment audits, terminations, and life event changes.\nManage benefits reimbursements when applicable (primarily for the US/Canada)\nCollaborate with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefits and retirement-related requests when applicable.\nOversee retirement plan administration, quality-control audits, and the implementation of plan design changes\nPartner with Business HR and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to continuously improve compensation and benefits procedures, processes, and supporting technologies.\nManage invoice processing for assigned programs and services, ensuring accurate handling and timely follow-up until payment is completed.\nCollaborate with Business HR and other stakeholders to perform audits as needed by the operation.\nIdentify when process or data adjustments are required and initiate the necessary changes.\nIf applies Responsible for coordinating and administering the end-to-end Leave of Absence process, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely communication across employees, managers, HR, and Payroll, to end Leave of Absence process, -to-end Leave of Absence process, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely communication across employees, managers, HR, and Payroll.\nIf applies this role will be responsible for coordination and administering the end-to-end Global Mobility process ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely communication across employees, managers, vendors, and COE´s.
