You will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee and manager experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, scalability, and alignment with Ingredion's business and people strategies.\nThis role reports to the Vice President, Integrated Global Services (IGS) and leads a global team of HR Operations and Shared Services professionals across multiple regions.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the global delivery of HR Operations and Shared Services, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of employee lifecycle and payroll-related processes across all regions.\nDevelop and execute the HR Service Delivery strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Digital & Technology, Finance, and Global Services leadership.\nDrive operational excellence through process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, digitization, and simplification initiatives that enhance the employee and manager experience.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, analytics, self-service capabilities, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to improve service efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.\nEstablish and govern global service delivery performance through SLAs, KPIs, customer experience metrics, and robust governance processes.\nEnsure strong internal controls, payroll governance, data privacy, compliance, and risk management practices across all HR Operations activities.\nLead, develop, and inspire a diverse global team, building capabilities that support current business priorities and future organizational needs.\nManage strategic relationships with third-party providers and evaluate sourcing models that drive service quality, scalability, innovation, and cost effectiveness.\nBenchmark industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve Ingredion's HR service delivery model and position IGS as a strategic business enabler.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.\n15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Transformation environments.\nProven track record leading global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives involving service delivery optimization, process improvement, automation, and organizational change.\nStrong expertise in payroll governance, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance, controls, and service management within multinational organizations.\nExperience implementing digital HR solutions and leveraging data, analytics, workflow technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve business and employee outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex stakeholder environments, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.\nWho you are:\nA strategic leader who connects HR service delivery priorities to broader business goals and organizational outcomes.\nA strong global people leader with experience managing geographically dispersed teams across cultures and regions.\nA continuous improvement champion who embraces innovation, process excellence, and operational discipline.\nA collaborative influencer who effectively partners across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, and business functions.\nA data-driven decision maker with strong business, financial, and technology acumen.\nA forward-thinking leader who understands evolving workforce expectations and leverages digital capabilities to improve experience and productivity.\nWhy Join Ingredion?\nDiscover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
