If you have a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a global leader, this role is for you!\nWhat you will do:\nTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine failures by disassembly and inspection of components.\nUtilizing technical documentation (prints, manuals, specifications, etc.) to aid in troubleshooting. Accurately keeping maintenance records of critical and quality-related plant equipment.\nDetermining root cause of failure and correcting condition to prevent reoccurrence.\nDeveloping, documenting, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability. Generating out-of-tolerance reports, when required, for equipment found outside of acceptance criteria.\nPerforming precision maintenance tasks such as alignment checks, measurement of mechanical clearances, and balancing of rotating equipment.\nExecuting Motor and Plant lubrication tasks. Ensuring that grease quantity and intervals are maintained within appropriate guidelines. Maintaining procedures for critical and quality-related plant equipment.\nPerform instrumentation tasks such as, but not limited to, the change outs of field controllers, probes, automatic valves, and operators \nPerform instrument calibrations for all field instruments, including but not, limited to flow meters, temperature probes, pH meters, density meters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and other field devices \nPerform any necessary welding and fabrication functions \nPerform necessary lathe and milling functions \nPerform proper assembly and rigging functions necessary to complete equipment repairs \nTroubleshoot PLC systems. Troubleshoot low, medium, and high voltage electrical problems and identify proper repairs \nUnderstand ladder diagrams and general control circuit systems. Review and check maintenance documentation for accuracy as required \nUnderstanding and complying with all OSHA, state/provincial, and local codes.
