You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex technical challenges, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.\nWhat you will do:\nLead and support capital projects from concept development through installation, startup, and project closure.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and cost performance.\nPartner with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues.\nDevelop engineering designs, specifications, scopes of work, and technical documentation for plant projects.\nSupport equipment evaluations, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.\nAnalyze process data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.\nManage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, environmental regulations, food safety requirements, and engineering best practices.\nParticipate in plant reliability and asset management initiatives.\nPresent project updates, recommendations, and results to plant leadership and stakeholders.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nEngineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, food processing, agricultural processing, or chemical processing environment preferred.\nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies, project management principles, and engineering design practices.\nExperience with troubleshooting equipment, manufacturing processes, and operational systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical and operational data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with engineering software and/or CMMS systems preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWho you are:\nA proactive problem-solver who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement.\nA collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across functions.\nResults-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAdaptable and motivated by challenges in a manufacturing environment.\nCommitted to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nPassionate about delivering sustainable solutions that create business value.\nTo be eligible for consideration, candidates must:\nPossess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
