This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain and processes are optimized, efficient, and aligned with the business objectives of a successful MRP process.\nKey Deliverables\nSupport the end-to-end implementation of MRP across specific plants, as required.\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure optimum MRP outputs, and subsequent actions \nSystem Integration: Support the integration of MRP systems and outputs with other business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Implement best practices to optimize MRP efficiency and effectiveness.\nProcurement Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with Procurement to ensure timely communication of relevant information for the replenishment of chemicals, packaging and other requirements for plant operations\nData Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of MRP data by regularly updating and verifying information related to inventory, lead times, and bill of materials.\nOwn the process to drive BOM accuracy with manufacturing and engineering colleagues\nDesired behavior, personal attributes, (Leader Imperatives and Competencies):\nAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and departments,\nundefined\nAbility to consider broader perspectives while operating tactically to implement a global standard.\nHas a Growth Mindset - encourage collaboration and experimentation to create new ways of working.\nDemonstrated ability to develop detailed process plans, track status as well as complete deliverables.\nAbility to organize, evaluate, and produce complex data; Excellent analytical skills; Strong Microsoft Office skillsets\nundefined\nDeep and broad knowledge of Master Data Management, particularly SAP; technical and business knowledge to solve problems, execute data analysis and data cleansing processes.\n\nExhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Requirements:\nProven commitment to the promotion of a safe work environment.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (SAP).
