As the Global Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to partner with various members of the global ITEX team and our HR partners as you work on talent management strategies, programs, and solutions that drive business value. We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach, ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail. The role provides the opportunity to collaborate and design resources for a global audience and facilitate conversations with leaders while connecting with a strong peer network of fellow interns across various roles and functions.\nWhat you will do:\nPartner with key organizational stakeholders to lead and support global talent management initiatives.\nResearch cutting-edge talent management, performance, and learning and development strategies to engage a diverse workforce in a continuous learning culture.\nInnovate to create strategies to support talent assessments, succession, and performance enablement.\nAnalyze key data insights around leadership development and talent and devising sustainable and scalable interventions.\nDesign and facilitate development sessions for employees.\nDevelop and implement communications plans.\nAnalyze and generating reports, as requested.\nWho you are:\nSelf-starter who is resourceful, innovative, and takes initiative.\nWell organized and able to prioritize workloads.\nCreative problem solver and critical thinker.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\nAre able to work independently and collaborate well in a team.\nTechnically proficient and able to utilize technology: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Virtual Meeting software, etc.\nCommitted to promoting and inclusive and equitable environment.\nTo be eligible for consideration, candidates must:\nCurrently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
