This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nVendor Master Data:Gather/Review documentation according to regional policies for vendor setup.\nCreate, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of vendor master data in the SAP system.\nCollaborate with procurement and accounts payable teams to keep vendor information up to date.\nMonitor vendor data quality and assist in data cleansing initiatives.\n\nCustomer Master Data:Create, update, and manage customer master data in the SAP system.\nWork closely with sales and customer service and credit teams to ensure customer information is accurate and current.\nConduct regular audits of customer data to maintain high data quality standards.\n\nMaterial Master Data:Maintain and update material master data, including product descriptions, specifications, and classifications.\nCoordinate with production, inventory, and supply chain, quality and accounting teams to ensure material data accuracy.\nPerform data validation and cleansing to support efficient material management processes.\n\nFinancial Master Data:Manage financial master data, including chart of accounts, cost centers, and FX rates.\nCollaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure financial data integrity.\nSupport financial reporting and analysis by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial master data.\n\nData Quality and Standardization:Support data quality initiatives\nIdentifying and resolving data quality issues.\n\nProjects and improvement:Collaborate with project teams to integrate master data requirements into system implementation and enhancement projects.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and sales, to address master data-related challenges.\nParticipate in SAP implementation projects, process, and system changes.\nCommunicate effectively with business leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on master data analysis.\n\nAudits:Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external audit requirements.\nImplement audit recommendations to improve master data processes and controls.\n\nYou will be well suited for the role if you have:\nMandatory requirements:\nA diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field\nMinimum 1 year relevant experience in data governance field\nKnowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite\nAble to communicate in English\nAble to work from 1pm - 10pm\nDesirable requirements:\nExperience in SAP, Python, VBA macros will be desirable\nSecondary language will be added advantage (e.g: Thai, Mandarin, German)\n#LI-JC1\n#LI-HYBRID\nIngredion uses AI-enabled tools to support parts of the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
