You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of our HR platforms.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with HR technology, and driving continuous improvement through data and process optimization.\nWhat will you do: \nSupport the administration and optimization of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management.\nManage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.\nSupport UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system and integration issues.\nDevelop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.\nParticipate in HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.\nCoach junior team members and contribute to knowledge management and process documentation.\nWhat you will bring: \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or a comparable HCM platform.\nExperience with Workday HCM processes, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and security administration.\nKnowledge of payroll and/or time and attendance systems.\nExperience working in a service center or customer-facing support environment.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting UKG Kronos.\nWorkday certification and/or advanced Workday Reporting experience.\nExperience with HR technology implementations, upgrades, and testing activities.\nExperience with ServiceNow or other case management platforms.\nKnowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy practices.\nExperience supporting HR technology change management initiatives.\nExposure to ERP systems and enterprise applications.\nWho you are: \nCustomer-focused and committed to delivering a great employee experience.\nAnalytical and comfortable working with data and technology.\nA collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across teams.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nA proactive problem solver who enjoys continuous improvement.\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable coaching and supporting less experienced team members.\nWhy Join Ingredion?\nDiscover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
