technical specifications.\nDesign and develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Azure, and SQL.\nBuild and optimize batch and near real-time data processing solutions.\nDesign and maintain Lakehouse architectures.\nImplement and manage Delta Lake solutions.\nDefine and maintain KPIs, metrics, and analytical datasets.\nSupport data governance, data quality, and access management initiatives.\nCreate source-to-target mappings and data documentation.\nIdentify data quality issues and propose corrective actions.\nPartner with business teams to explain technical constraints and opportunities.\nWymagania\nTechnical SkillsStrong experience with Databricks.\nStrong experience with Apache Spark (PySpark).\nAdvanced SQL skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).\nStrong knowledge of ETL/ELT design and implementation.\nExperience with batch and near real-time data processing.\nKnowledge of Delta Lake (MERGE operations, versioning, optimization).\nUnderstanding of Lakehouse architecture.\nExperience with Unity Catalog and access management.\nExperience with Power BI.\nUnderstanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.\nBusiness & Consulting SkillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to understand business processes and data dependencies.\nExperience defining KPIs and analytical metrics together with business stakeholders.\nAbility to translate business language into data models and technical solutions.\nExperience conducting business workshops.\nStrong requirements gathering and clarification skills.\nAbility to identify gaps and inconsistencies in requirements.\nExperience working in agile and changing environments.\nStrong communication and
