岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责大模型安全效果和安全标准，制定合理有效的模型优化流程及策略，对标准和流程进行运营;

2、能平衡内容安全与用户体验平衡，维护内容安全的同时保障用户体验，对内容进行日常的数据标注、数据分析，优化产品或场景的治理策略;

3、关注数据，结果导向，持续关注业务安全痛点，产出模型迭代需求，保证整体系统的完整性、合理性和前瞻性;

4、协同平台内各方向团队，推进安全产品项目全流程的标准、高效运转。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年策略产品经验，有大模型安全治理、安全运营经验优先;

2、数据意识强，有数据驱动模型迭代的能力，对内容安全和审核全链路比较熟悉，对内容生态下的产品、运营机制需全面了解;

3、充满激情，自驱力和学习能力强，具有勇于承担的精神和良好的抗压能力;

4、了解AI大模型，重度AI产品使用者优先。
