Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager who will sit at the intersection of science and user experience. Working closely with our Medical and Research team, you'll take complex hormonal data and clinical logic and turn it into product experiences that are clear, trustworthy, and genuinely useful. You'll own the end-to-end productization of Hormone Insights and Personalization from how we surface an insight to how a user acts on it. The goal: make every user feel informed, reassured, and confident about their body and fertility journey.

Responsibilities:

• Translate scientific logic and clinical constraints into intuitive user-facing features, journeys, and UI/UX requirements.
• Own the execution roadmap for Hormone Insights from discovery through feature launch, adoption, and NPS improvement.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver empathetic, personalized insight communication that's polished and reliable.
• Drive user education on hormone function and its relationship to conception chances and overall body health through Hormone 101 content, reassurance nudges, and personalized insights.
• Set clear user expectations around insight reliability and what the data does (and doesn't) tell them.
• Analyze usage patterns, adoption metrics, and feedback loops to continuously iterate for engagement and retention.
• Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate with confidence rather than intuition.
• Navigate ambiguity and tradeoffs with confidence, pushing through blockers with user evidence and data rather than accepting constraints at face value.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PM experience in health-tech, consumer apps, or science-backed products.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific or medical logic into clear, user-facing features and communication.
• Strong execution ownership: comfortable driving work from PRD through design, engineering, and launch.
• A strong eye for design: you can distinguish good UX from great UX, and you know how to advocate for it.
• You don't just review designs; you shape them.
• Hands-on experience creating and iterating on wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma; comfortable going from rough sketch to refined flow.
• Data-fluent and analytically rigorous, you define analytics requirements and success metrics before a feature ships.
• Comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently using tools like SQL, Preset, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experienced with experimentation and A/B testing you know how to design a well-structured test, read results without fooling yourself, and translate findings into product decisions.
• Empathetic storyteller who can make science feel accessible and reassuring, not clinical or intimidating.
• Detail-obsessed: you care deeply about QA, product polish, and reliability.
• Bonus: experience in femtech, fertility, or medical devices.
