We support health and life science companies by turning science into strategy and executing across the product and patient journey.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Financial Analyst to support financial accounting, management reporting and FP&A activities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to prepare accurate MIS and financial insights for business stakeholders. Exposure to taxation will be an added advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.\nPrepare and analyse monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.\nSupport FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.\nAnalyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts and highlight key trends and variances.\nPrepare financial dashboards, management presentations and ad-hoc business analysis.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations and financial controls.\nPartner with business and finance stakeholders to provide relevant financial insights for decision-making.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements and ensure appropriate documentation.\nAssist in improving reporting processes, controls and overall finance efficiency.\nSupport tax-related activities and compliance, where required.\nExperience & Skills\n5-7 years of relevant experience across accounting, MIS reporting and FP&A.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.\nHands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools preferred.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines independently.\nKnowledge or experience in direct/indirect taxation would be preferred.\nLocation: Gurugram\nQualification\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.\nCA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA Finance or other relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.\nOur Pledge\nAt Inizio, we value inclusivity, recognize the power of diversity, and inspire the next generation of change-makers.
