The team is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality checks on large datasets, transforming and standardising data files to meet project and client requirements, and managing delivery through automated and off-the-shelf dashboard solutions. By combining technical precision with a client-focused approach, the team enables timely, insightful, and accessible data visualisation that supports strategic decision-making across our global research initiatives.\nAdditionally, they will collaborate closely with the analytics and data management teams, facilitating the smooth flow of data for efficient analysis, reporting, and insights generation.\nYour primary role: \nThe Data Delivery & Dashboards Team Lead role will report into the Sr Manager. The Data Delivery & Dashboards Team lead will be a key member of the India-based Data Management & Delivery Hub, supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets for STEM. As a Dashboard Developer Team lead, you build and maintain high impact dashboards and data visualizations that transform raw market research data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with researchers, analysts, and engineers to ensure data flows seamlessly from collections to visual storytelling. You will also support the team in delivering insightful, user-friendly dashboards through automated tools and off-the-shelf solutions. Skill Set required\nSTEM Dashboard Discovery Phase\nOne of primary responsibilities would be to streamline the overall data collection process and create dashboards\nBrand Equity tracking support with our in-house platform:\nMaintain the pipeline for the project data process flow (this includes receival of data into in-hosue Tool, through the data processing stage into the storage mart, through the python utilities into required outputs)\nMaintain and update Power BI Dashboard when required due to changes from the research team\nManage and rectify when failures occur in the dashboard, liaising with both the data providers, research team and developers on the Pipeline\nManage the storage mart and data warehouse\nSupport team with edits in-house platform\nData Quality Checks:\nAssist in performing detailed quality control checks on large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nData Transformation & Standardisation:\nSupport the transformation and standardisation of data files to align with internal data structures, project needs, and client-specific formats.\nDashboard Support & Maintenance:\nLead in the creation, population, and maintenance of dashboards using off-the-shelf tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms), ensuring outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned with research objectives.\nData Delivery Management:\nManage and organise the final delivery of data files and dashboards to internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and error-free execution.\nCollaboration Across Teams:\nWork closely with internal stakeholders including Development team, Data Processing, Scripting, Project Management and Research teams to ensure smooth handovers and integration of deliverables.\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nMaintain clear documentation of processes, data transformation steps, and QC logs to support transparency, reproducibility, and audit-readiness.\nContinuous Learning & Development:\nEngage in training opportunities to build knowledge in healthcare data, market research workflows, dashboarding tools, and data handling best practices.\nAbout You… \nYour skills and experience:\nTechnical Expertise\nAt least 6+ years expertise in Power BI, Power query , DAX, data modeling, Quality assurance, SQL\nExperience in Building interactive, user-friendly dashboards\nExperience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift, etc.)\nUnderstanding and building of ETL/ELT pipelines.\nExpert level Knowledge of Python\nProficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).\nCloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP), and building ETL/ELT pipelines is a plus\nExperience in version control system.\nIdeal profile:\n\nYou are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach\nYou demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation and prioritisation\nYou are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues\nYou communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion\nLogical thinking and ability to troubleshoot errors or discrepancies in tabulated data.\nAbility to interpret tabulation specifications and apply them accurately.\nProblem-solving skills (particularly relating to situations requiring analytical judgement and establishing best practice solutions)\nYou are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career\nLife at Inizio Ignite\nWe love what we do and continuously strive for innovation and creativity.
