Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™.\nAbout The Role:\nThe Associate Director, Project Management oversees 1-2 brands, leading PM teams, managing complex projects, and steering both strategic planning and seamless execution.\nThis role calls for a leader with the vision, precision, and operational strength to elevate complex, integrated delivery.\nThis is a remote position reporting to the Director, Project Management.\nBrand Leadership\nLead complex, cross-agency initiatives across launch and mature brands.\nOwn brand-level planning including long-range timelines, integrated Gantts, and multi-channel workstreams.\nGuide PM team priorities and ensure clarity, delegation, and alignment across projects.\nServe as a trusted client partner for scopes, budgets, timelines, and operational planning.\nOversee workflows and recommend process improvements.\nEducate clients on agency processes, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.\nLead internal hot sheet, status, and kickoff meetings.\nFinancial Management\nLead annual scopes and change orders, including creation of ballpark and final estimates, with cross-functional alignment.\nManage brand financials including estimates, forecasting, burn tracking, and reconciliation.\nAnticipate and mitigate risk through proactive planning and scenario modeling.\nPrepare executive financial and risk summaries.\nResource & Operational Management\nPartner with department heads to assess needs, resolve challenges, and optimize workflows.\nMonitor resourcing across brands and escalate gaps as needed.\nDrive operational efficiency by refining processes internally and externally.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nMentor and grow PM talent across PM and Sr. PM levels.\nServe as an escalation partner for PM and cross-functional teams.\nBalance workloads and monitor utilization.\nLead onboarding and training while contributing to department learning initiatives.\nAssess team capabilities and provide targeted coaching.\nKey communications reported up to Director.\nAgency Impact\nChampion agency culture and PMO initiatives.\nSupport new business through operational insights and planning.\nIntegrate emerging technologies into workflows, including early AI-enabled tools.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA seasoned PM with 6+ years of experience and 1-2 years in healthcare/pharma advertising, ready to lead teams and deliver high-impact, integrated brand work.\nStrong budgeting and portfolio management skills, with understanding of launch-to-mature brand needs.\nExperience across key project types: websites, email programs, speaker programs, social media, digital initiatives, and cross-departmental strategy oversight.\nAbility to manage up, including guiding senior-level strategy partners and aligning cross-functional teams.\nNice to have: familiarity with AI-assisted workflows as the agency builds AI-driven tools.\nComfort with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp and Workfront/Ziflow.\nBachelors degree required. \nWhat We Offer\nInizio Evoke provides an exciting, flexible work environment. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
