You will also lead the remaining transition of revenue accounting activities into GFS through to 2027 and support the integration of new acquisitions.\nResponsibilities\nLead and develop the global Revenue function, balancing effective day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement and transformation.\nOwn global revenue recognition policies, processes and controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS requirements.\nReview complex customer arrangements and provide technical revenue recognition guidance, partnering with Legal on contracting where required.\nOwn the Revenue team's month-end and quarter-end close processes and support FP&A with revenue forecasting.\nDrive standardisation and continuous improvement across Revenue processes, identifying opportunities for automation and advanced finance technologies.\nLead the remaining transition of revenue accounting activities from local Finance teams into GFS through to 2027.\nMaintain effective SLAs, KPIs and performance reporting, using insights to improve service delivery.\nOversee SOX readiness, key controls and Revenue-related audit requirements.\nProvide thought leadership on the revenue and billing implications of new pricing models and service offerings.\nLead, develop and manage the Revenue team, setting clear expectations, building capability and maintaining a high-performance culture.\nPartner with Group Finance, IT and other stakeholders on due diligence, purchase accounting and the integration of revenue processes for new acquisitions.\nMaintain up-to-date technical accounting knowledge and assess changes that may impact revenue recognition policies, processes and accounting treatment.\nAbout you\nYou are a collaborative, commercially minded revenue leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational leadership.
