The role will involve working on the live projects as scripter, support the Scripting Manager to collaborate with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business.\nWhat you'll be doing\nReview questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues.\nStrong understanding of survey logic, variables, and questionnaire structures.\nScripting and programming medium complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform, incorporating logic, custom routing, and question validation to ensure seamless user experience and data accuracy\nConducting rigorous testing of surveys before launch, identifying and resolving any programming or logic errors to ensure data integrity and smooth respondent experience\nImplement complex logic, routing, masking, randomization, validations, and loop structures\nLiaising with leads in the Team, advising on best practice, and assisting with problem solving\nWhat you'll need\n2+ years’ experience in scripting role within a market research agency (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)\nProficiency in using Confirmit’s scripting platform, including authoring, logic implementation, and deployment\nSolid understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing survey functionality and layout\nExperience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV), as well as knowledge of relational databases and data structure management.\nUnderstanding quantitative research methodologies, questionnaire structures, and healthcare market research best practices.\nDemonstrable experience of working with senior members\nProblem-solving skills (particularly relating to situations requiring analytical judgement and establishing best practice solutions)\nExcellent analytical and numerical skills\nStrong communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people in an international environment\nHigh attention to detail and quality orientation.\nIdeal candidate will have\nYou are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach\nYou demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organization and prioritization.\nYou are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues\nYou communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion\nYou are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career\n\nArtificial Intelligence\nInizio may use AI technologies to support certain aspects of our recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by our human recruiting team.
