Our services include market research, strategy consulting, transformation consulting, and commercial benchmarking, all designed to be data-backed and patient-inspired.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and systems-focused Greenhouse ATS/ Talent Acquisition Systems Support Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of our recruitment technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Greenhouse ATS.\nThis role will serve as the first point of contact for recruitment system support, ensuring recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders have a seamless experience using our recruiting technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, troubleshooting, process documentation, and continuous improvement of recruitment systems and workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment Systems Administration & Support\nAct as the primary support resource for Greenhouse ATS and related recruitment technologies (Linkedin Recruiter, HireEz, DataPeople etc)\nMaintain role-based permissions and user access across multiple business units and entities.\nProvide day-to-day support to recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and other system users.\nSupport system testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation of new functionality.\nCreate and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.\nMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nIntegration & Data Management\nSupport integrations between Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, background screening providers, onboarding platforms, and other recruiting technologies.\nMonitor integration health and investigate data discrepancies between systems.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across recruitment platforms.\nProcess & User Enablement\nDocument recruitment system processes and standard operating procedures.\nDeliver system training and onboarding support for recruiters and hiring managers.\nPromote adoption of Greenhouse best practices and new system functionality.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, and HRIS teams to improve recruitment workflows and user experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience administering or supporting Greenhouse ATS, Workday, or similar HR and recruitment systems.\nStrong understanding of recruitment processes and ATS workflows.\nExperience managing user permissions, templates, workflows, and system configurations.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience producing reports and working with recruitment data.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Greenhouse integrations and implementation projects.\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, background screening vendors (e.g., Sterling, HireRight), and onboarding systems.\nAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.\nExperience supporting global recruitment operations.\nUnderstanding of data privacy and recruitment compliance requirements.\nOur Pledge\nAt Inizio, we value inclusivity, recognize the power of diversity, and inspire the next generation of change-makers.
