Your mission will be to convert brand awareness into product usage and expand our reach to new audiences. You’ll be part of our Marketing team, working closely with the Product and Business Development teams to craft and execute growth strategies that drive adoption of our new trading app.\nWe're looking for someone with a strong consumer growth background, ideally from crypto. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building growth through creators, influencers, and UGC, particularly across X, TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form content platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.\n\nLead growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement, and be accountable for the growth and trading metrics behind it.\n\nAnalyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, and retention.\n\nDrive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X) - sourcing, briefing, and scaling creators and influencers who can bring real users and liquidity, not just social reach.\n\nDevelop and test creator and influencer strategies, including UGC campaigns, partnerships, and performance-based initiatives.\n\nWork closely with the Product team to understand and clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.\n\nConduct market research to understand target audiences, user behavior, and competitive positioning, working closely with Product, and Business Development teams.\n\nWork cross-functionally with the Product team to identify and track key growth KPIs.\n\nBuild onboarding flows, email drips, and in-app campaigns to improve activation and retention.\n\nAnalyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.\n\nConduct competitive and market analysis to identify whitespace and strategic growth opportunities.\n\nTranslate growth insights into actionable roadmaps and priorities.\n\nStay up-to-date with consumer marketing trends, emerging channels, and new growth opportunities.\n\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.\n\n6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a consumer crypto app.\n\nProven track record of driving measurable user growth and acquisition.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with UGC, influencer, and creator marketing, particularly across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.\n\nExperience sourcing, managing, briefing, and scaling creator and influencer partnerships.\n\nExperience developing and executing growth strategies for consumer products.\n\nExperience developing growth strategies specifically for fast-paced consumer crypto products.\n\nExperience building and scaling growth loops and acquisition funnels.\n\nExperience in creating and executing GTM strategies.\n\nStrong understanding of consumer trends and user behavior.\n\nCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns aligned with product goals.\n\nAbility to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreference for candidates who have experience growing earlier-stage or lean teams, rather than only heavily funded businesses.\n\nMust be fluent in English.\n\nWhy work with us?\nCompetitive salary and INJ token award\n\nRemote-friendly work environment with flexible hours.\n\nHealth insurance.\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nEquipment\n\nHome Office Stipend\n\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology in the finance industry.\n\nCollaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth and development.\n\nGlobal team meet ups.\n\nAs an equal opportunity employer we don’t tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
