You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams across multiple initiatives, helping drive product direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch and iteration.\nWe’re open to different backgrounds for this role. You may come from a strong crypto-native background with deep understanding of exchanges, DeFi, or financial systems, or from a leading technology company with experience building and scaling high-quality technical products. What matters most is strong product thinking, execution, communication, and genuine curiosity about the future of crypto and finance.\nWho is this role for?\nThis role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong product fundamentals, likes working with high ownership, and can operate effectively in highly technical environments. Most importantly, this role is for someone genuinely passionate about DeFi. Someone who can quickly understand context, challenge the status quo, and constantly push the bar to deliver better products and user experiences.\nIf you consider yourself someone who knows how to take ownership, lead initiatives end-to-end, and at the same time roll up your sleeves and operate as an IC, this role is for you.\nIf you’re looking for highly structured processes, clearly defined playbooks, or a comfort-zone environment, this role is probably not for you.
