You'll operate like the GM of a small startup within inKind, setting priorities, making decisions, removing obstacles, and empowering your team to build, experiment, and deliver.\nWorking closely with the CEO and executive leadership, you'll have the autonomy to drive execution, challenge assumptions, and ensure your Pod focuses on what matters most.\nYour success won't be measured by how much your team ships, but by the impact it creates.\nWhat You'll Own\nStrategy Execution:\nTranslate company priorities into clear objectives, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.\nIdentify high-impact opportunities across Product, Growth, AI, and business operations.\nBalance speed, quality, customer experience, and commercial impact.\nPartner directly with executive leadership to adapt strategy as the business evolves.\nPod Delivery:\nOwn your Pod's execution, prioritization, and delivery cadence.\nDrive planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives without unnecessary process.\nRemove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep the team moving.\nEnsure the Pod consistently launches, learns, and delivers meaningful results.\nPrioritization & Decision Making:\nMake high-quality decisions with incomplete information.\nPrioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and available resources.\nAllocate work effectively across the Pod.\nChallenge assumptions, navigate trade-offs, and know when to build, iterate, or change direction.\nTeam Leadership:\nBuild a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong sense of ownership.\nEmpower specialists across disciplines to do their best work.\nCoach team members, provide feedback, and establish clear expectations.\nFoster a culture of accountability, curiosity, continuous learning, and execution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Design, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.\nBuild alignment across Pods and business functions.\nResolve challenges quickly and keep teams focused on shared outcomes.\nConnect technical execution with customer needs and business priorities.\nExecutive Communication:\nServe as the primary point of contact for Pod progress and performance.\nCommunicate results, priorities, risks, and trade-offs clearly.\nPresent product demonstrations, business insights, and recommendations.\nKeep leadership informed while maintaining autonomy and speed.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nOwn outcomes, not just roadmaps -
